The Potential Workshop for Circular Economy is a multi-step process. We support you either throughout the entire journey or can also provide only parts of it.
The entire process takes approximately 1-2 days. If you would like to book individual services, we will gladly create a personalized offer for you.
The first workshop aims to establish a holistic understanding of the topic of circular economy and to recognize the benefits of a circular economy. The focus of the approach is on the so-called R-strategies, named after the initial letters of the individual strategies (Reuse, Repair, etc.). We convey this knowledge through a practical impulse presentation.
Afterwards, you will apply what you have learned in an interactive workshop part to your own company or business area, systematically developing which measures and approaches you are already implementing – consciously or unconsciously – in terms of a circular economy based on the R-strategies.
After you have gained a comprehensive understanding of the topic of circular economy, we will focus on the current state of your company. In another interactive workshop, we will assess the qualitative circular maturity level of your organization. Improvement potentials will become evident based on the dimensions and action areas considered.
In this phase, you will learn what circular maturity means and can better formulate your own goals and measures with this knowledge. Determining your own circular maturity level also provides a solid foundation for understanding the current status quo and planning further steps strategically.
Following the introduction and maturity assessment, we will collaboratively identify strategies and measures in another workshop to increase the circularity of your company. These will be prioritized and specified, paving the way for implementation.
